He loves collecting wine, studying languages (he’s fluent in three and is in the process of learning a fourth), biking and running 10Ks.

Chefs Zavala and Nishikawa’s will continue to work with local farmers and artisanal purveyors to create crave-worthy dishes from the freshest ingredients available.  Check our menu for seasonally available items, but make sure you try our signature items including Root Beer Braised Short Rib (Cauliflower Gratin, Pretzel Gremolata, Apple Horseradish Mustard,) Apple Salad (Walnut Picada, Manchego Cheese, Soubise, Watercress, Maple Sherry Vinaigrette) and BBQ Pork with Buttermilk Biscuits (a favorite of Oprah BFF Gayle King.) Chef Nishikawa will surely have his own unique spin on our old favorites! We welcome him to the Presidential Restaurant Group family.
