On Sunday, April 1 join LINCOLN for a family-friendly Easter brunch. This year’s $55 per person menu, $22 children 12 & under, includes a first course, main course, family-style sides, and a dessert. All children 12 & under receive a complimentary Easter basket. The entire menu was created by Food Network Chopped Champion and Corporate Executive Chef Demetrio Zavala.
The first course features Maryland crab beignets, salmon gravlax, bacon & eggs, & more.
Main courses include lobster thermidor, steak & egg benedict, Dutch style pancake, just to name a few.
Family style sides include grilled asparagus, old bat roasted fingerlings, & cornbread. Lastly, the dessert course features a citrus tart, profiteroles, and a coffee brandy creme brulee.
