Hamburger enthusiasts, need yet another reason to stop by LINCOLN? We’re not just tooting our own horn when we say we’re one of the best places to get a burger in DC. Our 60-day dry-aged Stony burger was just featured in Zagat’s “10 New Burgers You Need to Try in DC.” Thanks for the press!

Our house-ground patty is made of dry-aged New York strip, brisket and short rib, and seasoned with shallots, thyme, dry mustard and fish sauce. Drooling yet? Toppings include green tomato jam, shallots caramelized in port, beef-fat black pepper mayo and Stony Man cheese, made locally by Everona Dairy in Virginia. It’s served with our delicious béarnaise fries. So satisfying. Yum!
