Grab some friends or a date and plan to join us for a DC-centric tasting pop-up menu on Wednesday, March 22 at LINCOLN Restaurant. We’ll be featuring the spirits of local Ivy City distillery Jos. A. Magnus & Co paired with the most delicious locally-sourced, seasonal small plates created by PRG Corporate Executive Chef and Chopped superstar, Demetrio Zavala.
PRG Beverage Manager Tammy Vodinh and Magnus’s Head Distiller & Principal Nicole Hassoun collaborated to create spring-inspired cocktails using Magnus’s full product line of eclectic spirits. Each cocktail tasting will be paired with complimentary flavors whipped up by Chef Zavala. The event will also debut Magnus’s Vigilant Navy Strength Gin.
